Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Global Internet Marketing Academy materials, websites, and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

  1. You may use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  2. You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access areas or systems you are not authorized to access.
  3. Any downloads, templates, scripts, or worksheets are provided for your personal learning and business use, subject to the license terms stated here.
  1. You represent that you can form a binding agreement under applicable law and that any information you provide is accurate.
  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  3. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us promptly so we can take protective steps.
  1. Prices are typically shown in USD; where available, an equivalent local currency amount may be displayed at checkout. Final totals are presented before you confirm payment.
  2. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the amounts indicated, including applicable taxes and fees required by law.
  3. Subscriptions (if offered) renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage renewal status via the account area or by contacting support.
  1. Refund requests are evaluated fairly and may depend on the product type (live cohort, one-time course, subscription), timing, and usage/access level.
  2. To request a refund, contact support with your order details and a brief reason. We may ask clarifying questions to ensure accurate processing.
  3. We may deny a request where there is evidence of misuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, or policy circumvention.
  1. All course content, videos, text, slides, branding, and templates are owned by the academy or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
  2. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials for your own learning and internal business use.
  3. You may not resell, share, publish, distribute, sublicense, or publicly display the materials without our prior written permission.
  1. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, exploit, or disrupt the Service, including by introducing malware or automated abuse.
  2. Do not upload, transmit, or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or that violates privacy or third-party rights.
  3. Do not share login credentials or enable third parties to access paid materials without authorization.
  1. The Service and materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  3. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or subscription during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  1. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraud, abuse, or unlawful conduct.
  2. Upon termination, your license to use materials ends immediately and you must stop using and sharing the materials.
  3. Sections related to intellectual property, limitations of liability, and other terms that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
  1. We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, legal requirements, or operational practices.
  2. Continued use of the Service after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
  3. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, via the Service interface or email when available).
